Cancellation Policy

15 Days or More

• For cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled date, a 100% refund will be provided.

Between 7 and 15 days

• Cancellations made between 7 to 15 days before the check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.

Less than 7 days or no show

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 7 days or less before the scheduled date or no show.

Cancellation policies differ among travel reservation platforms because each platform employs unique criteria and standards to process refunds. It's advisable to consult your reservation platform to understand the specific cancellation conditions applicable to your booking.

Processing Fees:

Credit card processing payment fees, including payments made through the AM properties website, Booking, VRBO, Expedia, Airbnb, and other channels, will be deducted from all refunds and partial refunds.

If there is a severe, unforeseeable event, please contact us. It is at AM Properties discretion to make adjustments for individual cases.
